You’ve got municipality approved plans and need a quotation from a contractor for building a new home or additions, alterations to an existing home.

No matter what your project entails, we provide project management solutions for any size project. Whether you’re building a new home, a factory, offices, a granny flat, renovating an old house or doing home improvements we have professional construction team with the expertise to provide you with the service you deserve.

Service C: We quote on jobs that do not need plans.

Whether you’re renovating a kitchen, renovating a bathroom, or doing other home improvements, we have professional teams to make your dreams come true.

You do not require municipal approved plans and need a quotation from a contractor for kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, tiling, gutting etc. Generally you don’t require plans for internal renovation provided you are not knocking out load-bearing walls – walls that are integral to the support of the building. Internal re-modeling like putting in a new bath or revamping the entire kitchen does not require plans.
